Lucky Draw Terms

These terms apply to every lucky draw run by Soft Technology Tools (“STT”) on our Lucky Draw page. By entering a draw you accept them.

1. Who can enter

  • Each draw says who can enter. “For shops” draws are only for STT partner shops that STT has approved: you enter with your Shop ID, your name and the mobile number registered for the shop. “For everyone” draws are open to any person who gives a true name, mobile number, city and area.
  • STT staff and their families cannot enter.
  • You must give true details. Entries with false details are removed and cannot win.

2. One entry per person or shop

Only one entry is allowed per mobile number and, in shop draws, per shop (a shop and its branches count as one shop) in each draw. A second entry is refused.

3. Entry period

Each draw shows its closing date and time. Entries close at that time, or earlier when the draw has a maximum number of entries and it is reached.

4. How the winner is chosen

  • The winner is chosen by the system at random from all eligible entries. Every eligible entry has exactly the same chance. Nobody at STT can choose or influence the winner.
  • The result is saved in a draw record (time, number of eligible entries and the winning entry) before it is shown, and this record cannot be changed.
  • All free entries are eligible. Paid entries are eligible only after STT has verified the payment.

5. Announcement and contact

  • Winners are announced on the Lucky Draw page under “Past winners”, with masked details only (see section 9).
  • STT contacts the winner by phone on the mobile number given with the entry.
  • The winner must respond within 7 days. If the winner cannot be reached in that time, or is not eligible, STT may draw again from the remaining eligible entries; the first result stays in the draw record.

6. Prizes

  • Prizes cannot be transferred to another person or shop and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • STT Pro prizes are added to the winning shop’s own STT account (the Shop ID used to enter), after its current STT Pro or trial period.

7. Paid entries

  • Pay only to the accounts shown in the entry form. Upload the payment screenshot and enter the transaction ID.
  • Your entry ID is given after STT verifies the payment. Entries whose payment is not verified are not included in the draw.
  • The entry fee is non-refundable after verification, except for payment errors covered by the Payment & Refund Policy (for example a duplicate or wrong amount).
  • If STT cannot verify a payment, you see the reason when you check your entry, with a link to the Payment & Refund Policy.

8. Cancelling a draw

STT may cancel or change a draw for legal or technical reasons. If a paid draw is cancelled, verified entry fees are refunded under the Payment & Refund Policy.

9. Privacy

  • Shown publicly (winners only): the first name with the initial of the last name, the city (or a masked Shop ID such as STT-SH-9K••••T2) and a masked entry ID such as LD-7Q••••2X.
  • Private: your full name, mobile number, full Shop ID, full entry ID, payment screenshot and transaction ID. Only the STT team sees them, to run the draw and contact the winner.
  • STT keeps the entry records and may share them with the authorities when lawfully required.

  • فاتح کا اعلان لکی ڈرا صفحے پر چھپی ہوئی تفصیل کے ساتھ ہوتا ہے اور STT فون پر رابطہ کرتا ہے۔ فاتح 7 دن میں جواب دے، ورنہ دوبارہ ڈرا ہو سکتا ہے۔
  • انعام کسی اور کو منتقل یا نقد میں تبدیل نہیں ہو سکتا۔ ایس ٹی ٹی پرو کا انعام جیتنے والی دکان کے اکاؤنٹ میں لگتا ہے۔
  • فیس والی انٹری: تصدیق کے بعد فیس واپس نہیں ہوتی، سوائے ادائیگی کی غلطیوں کے (ادائیگی اور رقم واپسی کی پالیسی)۔ جن کی ادائیگی کی تصدیق نہ ہو وہ ڈرا میں شامل نہیں ہوتیں۔
  • STT قانونی یا تکنیکی وجہ سے ڈرا منسوخ کر سکتا ہے اور فیس والی انٹریز کی رقم واپس کرے گا۔
  • عوامی طور پر صرف پہلا نام اور آخری نام کا پہلا حرف، شہر یا چھپی ہوئی شاپ آئی ڈی، اور چھپی ہوئی انٹری آئی ڈی دکھائی جاتی ہے؛ باقی سب نجی رہتا ہے۔
