This policy explains what Soft Technology Tools (“STT”, “we”) collects through softtechnologytools.com, the Shopkeeper Portal and the request tracking page, why we collect it and what choices you have.

What we collect

Enquiry and project forms: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email, company, country, the service you ask about and the details you type.
Repair and software requests: your name, mobile number, city and area, device brand and model, and the problem you describe.
Shop registration and the Shopkeeper Portal: owner name, shop name, mobile number, email, CNIC number, shop address and the photos you upload, plus the business records you keep in the portal (stock, jobs, invoices, customers and credit).
Usage information: pages viewed, buttons clicked, the website or advert that brought you here, device type, browser, language and an approximate location from your IP address. Our own counter uses no cookies.
Analytics cookies: if enabled, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity measure how the site is used. Visitors in the EU and UK are asked before these load.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, send a quote and deliver the service you ask for.
To send your repair request to shops in your area so they can offer a rate. Shops see your device and area; only the shop you choose sees your mobile number.
To verify shops before approving them on the portal and to keep the portal secure (two-step login, login history).
To improve the website and measure which pages and adverts work.
To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the shop you choose for a repair, with service providers who run the website for us (hosting, email, SMS / WhatsApp delivery, analytics) under confidentiality, and with authorities when the law requires it.

Security and storage

The site uses HTTPS, two-step login for every account and restricted access for our team. CNIC and shop photos are kept in a private folder that only the owning shop and STT staff can open. We keep enquiries for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records, and delete or anonymise them afterwards.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for marketing messages, by writing to support@softtechnologytools.com or messaging us on WhatsApp. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time.
