  3. Build and test (weekly updates): regular previews you can click through, tested on real phones and browsers, with your feedback built in.
  4. Launch and support (ongoing): we go live, hand over every login, and stay on for updates and fixes.

What we need from you

Good software starts with a clear picture of how the work is done today. You do not need a technical specification. We help you write the scope during the planning step.

  • A description of the task or process you want to improve, step by step, as your team does it now.
  • Sample spreadsheets, forms or documents you use today, with private details removed if you prefer.
  • A list of who will use the software, for example staff, managers, clients or partner businesses, and what each should see.
  • Details of any services the app must connect to, and access to those accounts when the build starts.
  • One person on your side who can answer questions and give feedback on previews.

Timeline

Web apps, portals and dashboards depend on scope, so there is no single answer. The timeline is set out in your written quote before work starts, and you see progress through weekly updates and previews.

Because the quote lists what will be delivered and when, you can plan training and handover for your team in advance.

Pricing

Custom software is priced per project. After a free call or WhatsApp chat, we send a fixed written quote covering scope, timeline and price. You approve it before any work begins, so there are no surprises and no hidden fees.

After launch, monthly support plans are available for updates, backups, security checks and changes.

FAQ

Will I own the code and the data?

Yes. The code, hosting and accounts are in your name, and we hand over every login at launch. There is no lock-in, so you are free to work with another developer later.

Can you replace the spreadsheets my team uses now?

Often, yes. Share the spreadsheets and explain how they are used, and we will tell you on the call what a portal or dashboard could do instead.

Can the app connect to WhatsApp or my CRM?

We build API integrations with the services you already use, including the WhatsApp Business Platform and CRM tools such as GoHighLevel. We confirm what is possible for your setup before quoting.

Do you build Chrome extensions and desktop apps as well as web apps?
